Mechanism (SmPC section 5.1): Pazopanib inhibits VEGFR-1/-2/-3, PDGFR-α/-β, and c-KIT receptor tyrosine kinases, blocking ligand-induced phosphorylation and suppressing tumor angiogenesis and growth.
