Label wording6

The sentence from section 4.1 of the SmPC that each indication above comes from.

  1. Sugemalimab (Cejemly)
Cejemly in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy is indicated for the first-line treatment of adults with metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with no sensitising EGFR mutations, or ALK, ROS1 or RET genomic tumour aberrations.
  2. Vandetanib (Caprelsa)
Caprelsa is indicated for the treatment of aggressive and symptomatic Rearranged during Transfection (RET) mutant medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) in patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic disease.
  3. Selpercatinib (Retsevmo)
advanced RET fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) not previously treated with a RET inhibitor.
  4. Selpercatinib (Retsevmo)
advanced RET fusion-positive thyroid cancer who are radioactive iodine-refractory (if radioactive iodine is appropriate).
  5. Selpercatinib (Retsevmo)
advanced RET-mutant medullary thyroid cancer (MTC).
  6. Selpercatinib (Retsevmo)
advanced RET fusion-positive solid tumours, when treatment options not targeting RET provide limited clinical benefit, or have been exhausted (see sections 4.4 and 5.1).
