Terms of use

By using oncolabels, its API or its MCP server, you accept these terms. They are short because the site is free and asks nothing of you.

What oncolabels is

oncolabels is a non-commercial reference for education and research, run by Tillmann Bedau. It restates the indications in the EU product information of cancer drugs, as published by the European Medicines Agency. Every entry is generated by AI and no person has reviewed the entries; a human review stage may be added later.

No medical advice

oncolabels gives no medical advice and makes no recommendation for any patient. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional judgement, the current summary of product characteristics (SmPC) or national rules on reimbursement. Before any decision about a patient, check the current SmPC and the other sources your work requires.

No warranty

The site and its data are provided as they are. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and the site may be changed, interrupted or ended at any time. If you find an error, please report it with Report a problem on the indication.

Liability

You use oncolabels at your own risk. As the site is free, the operator is liable only for intent and gross negligence. This does not limit liability for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Using the data

The dataset may be reused under CC BY 4.0: credit oncolabels and the European Medicines Agency, and say that the entries are generated by AI. Documents of the European Medicines Agency are subject to its own terms. The API and the MCP server are free; please stay within their limits, which the API reference gives.

Law

German law applies. The privacy policy and the legal notice are part of these terms. As of 24 Oct 2026.
