Histology and subtypes

Where the labels of a tumour differ by histology, site, grade, phase or another subtype, its page offers a choice for each, and an entry the label limits says so in the Conditions column. The label decides: the first pattern that matches the entry's tumour as labelled gives the subtypes it allows; an entry no pattern matches applies to all of them. Entries of one medicine that differ only in the tumour named (DLBCL, HGBL and PMBCL) count as one, which allows each of them. For the CML phase the label sentence counts too, and for the platinum response the eligibility, which the Conditions column shows already. A choice keeps the entries it allows and those for any subtype. Adenocarcinoma of the gastro-oesophageal junction is filed under gastric cancer and listed under oesophageal cancer too. The lists come from pathology practice; no model sets them.
